I appreciated that they acknowledged my daughter's BD and left her a card and dessert even though they assumed it was my Birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful no matter who we spoke to. Love the lighting and music in the room.
It was assumed that it was my Birthday and it was my daughter's and there was a romantic setting for her and I which was awkward when we came back to our room.

Awesome location in the Botanics restaurant, quiet room. Also - not far from other restaurants around the area especially asian cuisine, most major attractions / offices / waterfront, and the cruise terminal.
Very cramped breakfast.

Very well appointed room (both stays), very clean and spacious. Good restaurant with good menu choices. Breakfast buffet was also good but expensive. Impressive bar with quick service. Well equipped gym and heated outdoor pool big enough to swim properly in (approximately 18metres), although slightly too warm. Excellent all round and would stay again if in Vancouver,

The location was incredible in a concert hall and the staff here was truly outstanding and attentive. It was also near Stanley park and the water front in the center of town, close to all the town has to offer.

Great location in a central area close to shops, the mountains, and Stanley Park. Visit Coal Harbour Cafe nearby for tea or coffee. - the hotel offers early check-in and late check-out. - No charge for concierge service, certified butler service, and wake up calls.

The wonderful and fantastic location was just next door to Olympic Cauldron.

Lovely to have all the finer details taken care of.
The only piece that looked out of place was the hair dryer - practical and worked well (so not a problem), but was not as luxurious as every other part of the hotel!
